The WARN Act is federal legislation that offers protection to workers, their families and communities by requiring employers to provide notice 60 days in advance of a covered-business closing and covered-business mass layoff. Some employees have already transferred to positions at other QVC locations or are in corporate roles that will not be eliminated with this closure. The company said that it will offer its employees reassignment opportunities.

With our coronavirus coverage, our goal is to equip you with the information you need. Now, it’s time to find better ways to interact with you and ensure we meet your high standards of what a credible media organization should be. We enjoyed a shared appetizer, entrees and a simple dessert. The days of journalism’s one-way street of simply producing stories for the public have long been over. Dinner with a bottle of wine in their dining room was unhurried and well timed. We brought our own cake (from the Giant bakery in the shopping center) and they cut, plated and served it without problems or extra charges. She helped me order the correct amount of salads and pizzas and kept the soda flowing. Francesca, our server during the giggling girls dinner, was just fabulous. I don't have a single negative thing to say about this place or the staff. We have enjoyed a quick bite at lunchtime, leisurely dinner with a bottle of wine from the liquor store in the same shopping center, a birthday party dinner for my 14 year old daughter with 10 of her high pitched giggling girlfriends and large delivered take out orders. Tonino's Pizza and Pasta is one of those rare gems where the Owner has managed to combine the nicest people with the freshest ingredients, best recipes and comfortable surroundings. Because this wasn't my first outstanding experience with Tonino's I figured it worth sharing with you all.
